IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!

If you provide a legible, functioning email address, you WILL receive a confirmation email within 7 days maximum of our receiving your entry (usually within 1-2 days).  Also be sure that you have whitelisted my email addresses and so that you can receive my emails.  If you do not receive an email within ~10 days of mailing your entry, PLEASE contact me either by phone (304-488-2871) or email ASAP so we can make sure we received your entry.  Everyone will also receive a Final Confirmation letter at the time of entry closing.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read and verify your entry information in one or both of these emails!!  Sending me corrections is NOT an inconvenience - it is a HUGE help, as last-minute (i.e. 2-3 days before the trial) corrections are a royal pain.

Note that any day-of-trial corrections WILL require a $5 fee per dog that needs corrections, no exceptions!  This fee will apply regardless of who made the error, as there will have been plenty of time prior to the trial to check information.

The site/surface is INDOORS on new field turf infilled with sand and rubber particles.  (coming soon: Click here for site information, maps to new location, & weather at the site.)

Final entry Closing date:                  4pm Friday, May 27th 2011

Pre-trial moveup Deadline:               9pm Monday June 6th

Interested in being a vendor?  We'd love to have you attend, but there is limited space available on a first-come, first-served basis.  We charge a nominal fee (or equivalent in mutually acceptable merchandise donations) for vending space.  Just contact Sue Latz, Vendor Coordinator (740/662-0220), or the trial chair or secretary for more information.

RVing (or camping)?  We will have plenty of space, but no utilities or hookups are available at the site.  You are welcome to "dry camp" in the Sunrise Center parking lot at no charge.  Check back for updates...  If you have specific questions, please contact the Trial Chair at 304/488-2871.
